Företagsboende is a service from AWP Superhost AB for companies and organisations that need furnished housing for their people in Sweden. In the Gothenburg area we operate our own homes, each shown with its own photos, capacity and equipment list. In other towns the home is provided by a partner we have vetted, while the agreement and the invoice go through us.
The service is built for the buyer: a written basis for the decision, a quote with the price per person per night excluding VAT, and invoicing to the company with your reference. If the need recurs, the terms can be set in a framework agreement. Availability and price are confirmed in writing for every placement before anything is reserved.
AWP Superhost AB is the contracting party and invoices the company, both for the homes we operate in Gothenburg and when a vetted partner provides the home in another town. You keep track of one agreement and one invoice, and the occupant needs no tenancy agreement.
Give the town or work site, the number of people, the move-in date and roughly how long. You receive a written quote with the home, the price and the terms within 24 hours on weekdays. If we cannot arrange housing that meets the brief, we say so.
If you place staff several times a year, the terms can be set in a framework agreement. Each new placement is then quoted and confirmed against those terms, and availability is confirmed every time.
