How a purchase works, whatever the town.
Describe the need
Give the town or work site, the number of people, the move-in date and how long the need lasts. Add what the home must have, the organisation and an invoice reference.
Receive a written quote
Within 24 hours on weekdays you receive a quote with the home, the total price, the VAT and the terms for changes and cancellation. For a town other than Gothenburg the home comes from a vetted partner, while the quote and the agreement are ours.
Approve and call off
Once the quote is accepted we reserve the home and send a confirmation. Under a framework agreement, one request per new placement is enough, and it is confirmed against the agreed terms.
