Who is the contracting party?
AWP Superhost AB on our side and the company that sends the request on yours. That holds when a partner provides the home too: the quote, the confirmation and the invoice come from us.
Which towns can you arrange housing in?
We take requests from the whole of Sweden. In the Gothenburg area we let our own homes. In other towns we look for housing with partners we have vetted, and the answer comes as a quote within 24 hours on weekdays. If nothing in the town meets the brief, we tell you.
How are we invoiced?
With one invoice from AWP Superhost AB, whoever provides the home. Give the organisation name, an invoice contact and any purchase order or cost centre in the request. The arrangement is confirmed with the quote or the agreement.
What does the price include?
The price is per person per night excluding VAT. The quote states the total, the VAT, any extras and the equipment the home has.
Can we sign a framework agreement?
Yes, for recurring needs. The agreement sets how price, changes and cancellation are handled, and each new placement is confirmed against it. A framework agreement holds no homes in reserve; availability is confirmed per placement.
What details about the occupants do you need?
None in the request. Start with the town, headcount and period. Do not send identity numbers or passport details; what is needed before arrival is requested separately.
